Achieving an hourly rating on structural steel, decks and wood is a major function of ratings. Spray applied fluids allow us to achieve these ratings and a perfect finish .

Smoke seal, Acoustical sealant and architectural caulking are required for a variety of reasons. Hiring a professional with the ability to ensure an aesthetically appealing as well as functional seal is critical. HFS uses tried and true installation methods to capture the best possible finish.

Wet applied vapor barrier systems allow us to install a permeable or non-permeable membrane to the exterior cladding of structures.

Not every Firestop condition meets a UL listed system. In these situations we partner with vendor engineering teams to find our customers the best possible solution for these scenarios.
